As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering the strategic marketing plan for ERE Property & ERE Lettings.
This will include a keen focus on generating new leads for the UK & Hong Kong sales teams, as well as managing the brand and all marketing activities within the business. You will be responsible for global and regional campaign creation, campaign delivery and campaign reporting: Pay Per Click, Social & Email. You will also plan & implement digital (including email) marketing design, Facebook adverts and budget spend, whilst maintaining & supplying content for both companies’ websites.
With the support of 2 assistants you will take the lead in generating organic traffic to our website and making on going improvements to the groups marketing activity. It will be your responsibility to bring new ideas to the board meetings and implementing changes to get the best return on our resources.
Measures of Success/KPI’s
• Successful delivery of the strategy to improve the online rankings and performance of the ERE website as well as generating new leads to service the growing sales team • Reporting on success of campaigns run, leads generated from them and ideas to improve future results • ERE’s social media presence and strength of our brand
Key Accountabilities
• Develop the ERE Marketing and Lead Generation Strategy the sales business • Manage and monitor the marketing team • Drive social media presence and strengthen the brand • Take responsibility for the client journey and report on marketing success • Work with external companies to maximise returns on marketing spend
Strategy & Lead Generation Duties:
Producing annual & quarterly marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business growth plans for both businesses.
Monitor the source & quality of all new leads
Drive client & prospect engagement via social media platforms
Video production for online marketing presence and webinars
Company website management
Implement the social media strategy to generate new leads for the sales team
With the help of the external graphic designer, produce literature for all new launches and campaigns.
Process Management Duties
Track & analyse website traffic flow and lead volume of each lead source to determine effectiveness and provide internal reports
Attain key performance indicators, including followers and google page ratings
Use Google Analytics to provide data driven recommendations for site improvements to increase goal conversion and traffic
Establish a Conversion Rate Optimization strategy and report on process, web platforms, analytics, and CRM.
Keep websites up to date and compliant
Management of Marketing and Sales Support
Setting KPI’s and Manage the marketing department team
Manage any third parties or freelance agents with are engaged with data or graphic production
Support the business development team in managing the process of new property launches
Support the business development department with producing marketing literature
Communications
Communicate internally with all key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department and to keep all departments informed of the marketing strategy and planned campaigns
Keep up to date with Industry news publication and promotional material production
Promote the ERE brand in all communications
Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
Utilise the external graphic designer for digital & web graphics
Drive client and prospect engagement via posts across Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn covering Property Launches, Industry News and Sales/Marketing Event promotion
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a marketing function ideally within a property investment focussed or finance focused business
Demonstrable success in managing a high performing marketing team
Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
Proven track record of running successful Facebook ad campaigns
Knowledge of SEO & Google analytics
Experience of running a marketing department and managing budgets
Able to manage multiple projects while prioritising work assignments
