Starting as a two-man band back in 2004, ERE Property has grown to become a well established and respected property investment company delivering our investors the best UK property investments in high-growth areas. Tim and Robert are the co-founders, initially meeting through their wives, they became great friends and later went on to think of their best idea yet – forming ERE Property. Robert left his corporate job of 21 years, Tim sold his recruitment company and together they set off on what was to be the most exciting venture yet. Our Head Office resides in Leeds City Centre and our Sales Office in Hong Kong – come and say hello we’d love to meet you!

Tim loves mountain walking, running, cinema going and is a passionate season ticket holder at Leeds United. He has run 3 Marathons to date and has not yet accepted that he is too old to do another!

Co-Founder of the business, and responsible for client investments and relations in Hong Kong. 

Robert is a keen cyclist taking part in the Wetherby to Filey Charity bike ride for several years raising money for Cancer research, a Charity close to his heart. He has also done a 13,000 ft skydive for the Charity.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations, strategies, and performance of both businesses, leading the team to achieve our missions and objectives.

Helen loves a challenge, whether its climbing Kilimanjaro, running ultra-marathons, taking part in the Knaresborough bed race (Mixed Team Winners for 5 consecutive years!) or performing in the local pantomime.

Responsible for overseeing the property portfolio management service and introducing new clients to our services as well as ensuring current clients are well looked after.

An avid fan and season ticket holder for Doncaster Rovers, bringing the passion of football into coaching his son’s junior football team.

Claire is a real family person who enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. In any free time, she loves to sample new craft ales and is a huge fan of a cheeky weekend away in the UK or exploring a European city.

Jonathan is a big Manchester United fan but will watch pretty much most football! He also plays golf as and when he can and enjoys walking and cycling.

Nicholas is a very adventurous person with a witty personality. Likes going on climbs, long road trips and travelling to new destinations with his family. His highest climb thus far has been Helvellyn.

I love to travel as much as possible and find new beautiful places to explore. In my spare time I like to go Ballroom dancing, theme parks and track days driving fast cars. Nothing better at the end of the day though then coming home and snuggling my cat Cleo.

Sam loves the outdoors, growing her own vegetables and wildflowers to attract wildlife to her little oasis corner of Yorkshire. Travelling is also a passion, recently travelling by train to the foothills of the Himalayas which was breath taking!

Responsible for the Sales process starting from when the sales memo is issued ensuring smooth progression with the aim to achieve 28-day exchange from issue of draft contracts on all sales. Liaising with developer, developer’s solicitor, client, and client’s solicitor. 

Sharon is a keen runner, out every morning at 5.30am. Impressively she currently stands 2nd in the country for over 10K for her age category.

Nabeela enjoys long walks and exploring historic places. One of her most memorable experiences was visiting one of the seven wonders of the world, making her way down a pyramid.

Responsible for the day to day Managing of the office. Maintaining office contracts and keeping up to date on renewal dates. I act as the HR Representative for all staffing matters and manage phone systems, IT and liaise with suppliers and building/lease activity. I introduce new processes and procedures as discussed with the MD. I manage the Health & Safety for the office and organise events. Always happy to help to ensure the office runs smoothly.

On a weekend you will find Rosemary either running, walking, or socialising with family and friends. She runs with a club and enjoys the challenge of racing. She has grown up triplets and loves spending time with them

Suelly enjoys going to new places and dressing up with her friends, as well as exploring new restaurants and taking Instagram-worthy photos. She also enjoys meeting new people and visiting new cities to experience new sights, foods, and atmospheres.

On the weekend Joe works in a trendy bar in the town he lives in; he says it’s great to learn how to make new cocktails and the team he works with is a great laugh. He also enjoys walking his family’s dog called Sari.

Away from work Prudence enjoys going for walks and finding new places to explore. She has walked the Yorkshire Three Peaks. However, she is also a home bird and loves her blanket and cups of tea. She says cheese and wine evenings with the girls are always fun.

Go to Newcastle University and currently on a placement year, enjoying a new city, visiting all the bars and restaurants I can with friends at university in Leeds. When back home in the Lake District, I’m always out and about, going on road trips, wild camping and swimming anywhere we can.
