Do I need previous property experience to apply?: Previous property experience can be helpful, but it isn’t always essential. We’re more interested in motivated people with strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a genuine interest in property investment. We provide training to all our staff, helping you build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to understand the property market, support investors, and grow within your role.
Where are you based?: Our head office is based in Leeds. We provide property investment services to investors around the globe, and also have an office in Dubai.

Investment Consultant

Reports to: Head of Sales – Oliver Iannaccone

Drive UK and overseas property sales while building lasting investor relationships and promoting E.R.E Property’s services with professionalism and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Generate and convert new investor leads through calls, meetings, and presentations
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage personal sales pipeline
Stay informed on the UK property market and E.R.E’s stock portfolio
Deliver exceptional client service and uphold E.R.E’s C.A.R.E values
Represent E.R.E at events and through partnerships to expand reach

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Confident under pressure; proactive and adaptable
