Starting as a two-man band back in 2004, ERE Property has grown to become a well established and respected property investment company delivering our investors the best UK property investments in high-growth areas. Tim and Robert are the co-founders, initially meeting through their wives, they became great friends and later went on to think of their best idea yet – forming ERE Property. Robert left his corporate job of 21 years, Tim sold his recruitment company and together they set off on what was to be the most exciting venture yet. Our Head Office resides in Leeds City Centre and our Sales Office in Hong Kong – come and say hello we’d love to meet you!

Co-Founder of the business, responsible for overseeing the management team and building strong partnerships with UK Developers.
Tim loves mountain walking, running, cinema going and is a passionate season ticket holder at Leeds United. He has run 3 Marathons to date and has not yet accepted that he is too old to do another!

Co-Founder of the business, and responsible for client investments and relations in Hong Kong.
Robert is a keen cyclist taking part in the Wetherby to Filey Charity bike ride for several years raising money for Cancer research, a Charity close to his heart. He has also done a 13,000 ft skydive for the Charity.
Managing Director
Responsible for the day-to-day operations, strategies, and performance of both businesses, leading the team to achieve our missions and objectives.
Helen loves a challenge, whether its climbing Kilimanjaro, running ultra-marathons, taking part in the Knaresborough bed race (Mixed Team Winners for 5 consecutive years!) or performing in the local pantomime.
Commercial Director
Responsible for the commercial and sales strategies aiming to accelerate growth for both sales and lettings, managing the sales departments, compliance and legislation.
Claire is a real family person who enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. In any free time, she loves to sample new craft ales and is a huge fan of a cheeky weekend away in the UK or exploring a European city.

While in North Korea James won a karaoke competition singing ‘Sweet Child of Mine’ beating a North Korean border guard and Joss Stone who happened to be in town – a proud moment.

I enjoy rugby, playing guitar, going out and travelling. I am a big 80's music fan and a former secondary school history teacher.

In his spare time, Joe likes to go for walks with his little boy and his dog Milo. Joe also plays a number of sports with his favorites being football and badminton which he plays weekly.

In his spare time Arturs likes to travel. Having been to nearly all the places in Europe, he says he would always like to go back to Cyprus. He has also enjoyed traveling around the UK and exploring the beautiful views we have here.

After Sales Manager
To ensure that all investors have a first-class service from day one of their investment journeys, coordinating between Clients and Solicitors to reach the exchange deadline target and Coordinating completions, chasing up mortgage offers to make sure completions go through smoothly and are handed over to our chosen letting agents.

Sales Progressor
Responsible for the Sales process starting from when the sales memo is issued ensuring smooth progression with the aim to achieve 28-day exchange from issue of draft contracts on all sales. Liaising with developer, developer’s solicitor, client, and client’s solicitor.
Office Administrator
Responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the office and supporting all staff, also maintaining office and business compliance.
Sam loves the outdoors, growing her own vegetables and wildflowers to attract wildlife to her little oasis corner of Yorkshire. Travelling is also a passion, recently travelling by train to the foothills of the Himalayas which was breath taking!
Due Diligence & Content Manager
Responsible for performing in depth due diligence on potential developments and supporting the sales team & business by coordinating production of marketing material and communications.
Prior to ERE Property Sophie lived and worked in Australia for 2 years – 4 months of which was in the back of a van travelling the West Coast.

Responsible for performing in-depth due diligence on potential developments and supporting the sales team & business by coordinating the production of marketing material and communications.
Marketing & Content Executive
Responsible for supporting the business with our marketing and brand awareness. By producing marketing campaigns, promoting our developments and growing organic traffic to our website and social media.
For fun, Shannon loves to travel! Her favourite place to visit is the Universal Studios. She loves spending time making memories with her friends and family. Shannon is also a qualified Make Up Artist and loves to do Make Up in her spare time!
