E.R.E Property, originally founded as Emerging Real Estate, began its journey in 2004 selling Bulgarian property. Reflecting on the company’s early days, Tim Morgan, CEO and Founder of E.R.E Property Group, recalls, “When Robert (E.R.E Property Founder) and I first arrived in Sofia, Bulgaria 20 years ago and looked out of the hotel window, we were really worried about what lay out there. I would never have believed that we would be here now with such a wonderful business.”
Robert Medd, Founder of E.R.E Property Group, elaborated on the company’s origins, “Tim and I personally bought property in Bulgaria in 2004 and realising the opportunity, we knew that we could do it better than the competition. We focused on the best developments in prime locations, giving a premier customer experience. From our humble beginnings in a former store cupboard as an office, we quickly grew and both Tim and I are immensely proud of our achievements and the hardworking loyal staff within E.R.E Property.”
Since then, E.R.E Property has gone on to sell property all over the globe. Medd noted, “We’ve sold developments in Berlin, Montenegro, Brazil, Florida, Turkey, and Cape Verde, as well as nationally in the UK, from London to Edinburgh. Our strength is our versatility, professionalism, and commitment to understanding the opportunities in the UK and international markets. More recently, we have focused on the Social Impact Housing opportunity in the UK.” This extensive global reach, combined with their deep local expertise, remains a cornerstone of the company’s continued growth.
The company’s foundation was built on identifying and capitalising on emerging property markets around the globe. Over the years, E.R.E Property has evolved, shifting its focus to the UK while retaining an eye for global opportunities. “We started the business as Emerging Real Estate and found some fantastic opportunities for our clients in the emerging property markets around the world,” said Morgan. “Although in recent years we have focused on the UK and rebranded as E.R.E Property Group, I still feel there’s great promise outside of the UK.”

On my train journey on the way home I got a call to offer me the role, without hesitation I accepted and cancelled the interview with the other company, and I have never looked back. We have had ups and we have had downs. We have battled through COVID and we have experienced huge growth and some set backs. I am immensely proud of E.R.E Property and the owners that I work for.”
Helen’s dedication is a testament to the strong leadership and the company’s ability to adapt and grow in a rapidly changing market. “We laugh together, we grow together, and we adapt to the market as it changes,” Helen continued. “20 years is a long time to be in business, and while I have not personally been on the full journey, I know it and I understand it.”
